We recommend booking around 2 months in advance to secure your preferred dates. We can often accommodate urgent requests too — contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes. We regularly deliver training outside normal business hours to minimise disruption. Tell us your shift patterns and we’ll propose suitable options.

100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before the course, 50% refund between 14–30 days, and no refund within 14 days. If you need to move a date, we’ll always try to reschedule where possible.

If possible, we’ll provide a replacement trainer. If that isn’t possible, we’ll reschedule at the earliest convenient date or provide a refund.

There’s no minimum group size. Maximum numbers depend on the course: first aid courses are up to 12 learners, and most other courses are up to 16 (space dependent).

On-site training is £475 per session, delivered at your workplace with no minimum group size. Final pricing depends on the course and your requirements — contact us for a free quote.

Most qualifications are valid for 3 years. Some topics (such as fire safety and COSHH) are commonly refreshed annually. If you’re unsure, we’ll advise based on your workplace and requirements.
